Carribean curry

We tried it and we gave it an immediate fail--too much sweet and salty and too little spicy--though I'm not really complaining. Though it was tasty in its own way, it simply couldn't match up to the real thing. Then again, nothing's authentic nowadays.

Sinful melted cheese toast--complete with drizzles of oil and a generous heap of melted cheese atop potatoes and fresh veggies.
